The REACH software that BIZAA is using is not completing compatable with processes BIZAA uses for tracking payment levels and some communcations. Please be patient with us as we continue to work with the REACH software team to improve the site for you.
1. We are not able to take payments on the REACH site directly. You may pay on www.bizaa.org through the yearly or monthly sponsorship tabs.
2. You may see your child listed multiple times, with "cancelled" on some of the lines. We "cancel" your sponsorship and initiate it again when your child completes primary education or completes secondary education. This is to allow us to update the sponsorship fees accordingly.
3. Sponsor date: This may not be accurate, especially for our long time sponsors. You may have started sponsoring before we starting using this software. We also have manually changed this date periodically to assist with the way we did invoicing in past years.
